More time on leadership less on other tasks

The systems and services Red2Green provided have resulted in a much more functional structure for my organisation. More of our work is consistent with our mission, vision and values and we have become a more effective organisation.

I first heard Shirley speaking at a workshop I attended, and knew straight away that she would have lots to teach me about good management practice.

My time with Shirley exceeded my expectations.  I was encouraged by the development of my own skills, and I can see the positive results of my learning in the functioning of my organisation. More of my time is now spent on leadership functions and less on other tasks. My workload has become more manageable due to effective delegation to others and there is a clearer shared vision within my organisation of what we are trying to achieve.
